“Addicted to Fatigue”

This article by coach Jim Kielbaso points out that inducing mind-numbing, body-draining fatigue should not be the be-all, end-all goal of every session in a training program.  Hard training is good. Mindless hard training performed day in and day out with no real goal in mind isn’t a well-designed training program.
