“The 10,000 Swing Kettlebell Workout”

Coach Dan John shares a kettlebell-centric workout to help you increase muscle mass while reducing body fat. While I am not a huge fan of dips from a shoulder health perspective, this looks like a fun, challenging workout. Besides, you can substitute another exercise for the dips, such as feet-elevated decline push-ups/handstand push-ups.
