This excerpt from Coach Nick Tumminello’s Strength Training for Fat Loss, contains a handful of workout plans, including a workout plan to be performed at home utilizing bodyweight exercises, elastic tubing/bands, and a stability ball. To prepare readers for the demanding metabolic strength training programs presented in the book, Coach Tumminello provides two-week break-in programs and four-week “muscle base” programs to be completed before starting the sample metabolic strength training plans.
