“Mike Rants – Exercise Technique”

Coach Mike Robertson shares his perspective on the pursuit of perfect exercise technique. As a coach and a trainer, I want all of my clients to demonstrate perfect technique on every repetition. However, perfection is pretty elusive when you are dealing with human beings, especially those that are learning new techniques. Gradual improvement is a much more realistic expectation. Besides, even professional coaches and trainers will occasionally perform a less-than-perfect repetition in their own training.
