How do you know if you are strong? Coach Dan John presents his list of strength standards for men and women, as well as for varsity-level male and female athletes. He breaks down the standards into “Expected” and “Game-changer” categories. In addition, he provides a list of regressions/progressions of some basic movements.

If you can meet the “Game-changer” marks, you can consider using the term “beast mode” when you refer to your training. 🙂
