“Holiday Training”

Coach Mike Young makes the case for scholastic athletes to not let their fitness/sport performance training slip over the holiday season. I would argue that he also makes the case that fitness enthusiasts should not allow the holidays to derail their progress. You don’t necessarily need to do the same workouts to retain or even improve upon your fitness levels. The important thing is to do something. To quote Nike, “Just do it!”
