“Embrace The Grind: How To Get What You Want In 2015”

Coach Martin Rooney of Training for Warriors discusses the importance of having goals to accompany your hard work. He also speaks on the topic of embracing “the grind” in the context of tackling the Grouse Grind. My friend and mentor, Mike Young, PhD., spent the last few years in Vancouver as the fitness coach of the Vancouver Whitecaps FC Major League Soccer (MLS) team. From him I heard about the Grouse Grind, a challenging trail in the Vancouver area. It definitely appears to be a worthy fitness challenge. I highly recommend this article and the accompanying videos to everyone, regardless of the nature of one’s goals.
