In this article, George Kalantzis of Cressey Sports Performance (CSP) shares his method of programming for their group fitness classes. I visited Cressey Sports Performance a few winters ago to take part in one their Cressey Performance Elite Baseball Mentorships. While I was there, I had the opportunity to participate in one of their early AM group fitness classes. Ultimately, I decided to sleep in and workout on my own at CSP in the evenings. 🙂
