“Degeneration? More Like Normal Aging”

Fitness professional Bret Contreras makes the case that the various physical breakdowns that we commonly see as we get older are just part of the aging process. Because of this almost inevitable degeneration, Bret also encourages those of us with a few miles on our frames to find ways to work around painful areas and to continue training. I have to agree with regards to working around injuries and ailments. There is almost always something that we can do besides shutting it down completely.
