“3 Things to STOP doing if you want better conditioning”

If you are a die hard, 110% every effort, no pain, no gain, high-intensity interval training or HIIT disciple, Joel points out in this article that sometimes less is more. In addition, he explains how your body adapts to training and how that should influence your program design based upon whether you are targeting strength or endurance. Finally, Joel provides a strong argument for ditching your ridiculous “altitude training” mask. Feel free to keep the mask though if you want to bulk up and dress as Batman’s adversary, Bane, for Halloween. 😉
